How long does it take to prepare a custom AI photo booth experience?
For a fully customised AI photo booth experience, we usually recommend allowing up to 2 weeks before the event. This gives us enough time to understand your brief, create the AI prompts, prepare branded screens or overlays, test the outputs, collect feedback and make any final edits before the live date.
Simple setups may be possible faster depending on availability, but for branded activations, exhibitions and corporate events, a bit of planning time helps make the experience feel much more polished.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests do not need to download an app to take part. The experience is designed to be simple at the booth, with photos or videos delivered by email, QR download, digital sharing or print depending on the setup.
Can the AI photo booth be fully branded?
Yes. The experience can include branded screens, overlays, email visuals, print templates, custom AI prompts and campaign-led creative styles. The aim is to make the booth feel like part of your event or brand activation, not a generic add-on.
The physical photo booth can also be branded in some cases, but this depends on the brief, timeline and level of customisation required, so it is something we would discuss in more detail during planning.
How do guests receive their AI photo booth images?
Guests can usually receive their finished images digitally, depending on the setup agreed for your event. This can include email delivery, QR code access or another simple sharing method that keeps the experience quick and easy on-site.
For many events, QR code sharing works well because guests can scan, open and save their image on their own device without slowing down the booth flow.
Is the booth managed during the event?
Yes. Rentertain provides on-site support to handle setup, operation, guest flow and technical checks during the event. This helps your team focus on clients, guests and the wider activation while the booth experience is managed by us.
Do you need venue Wi-Fi?
Yes. A stable internet connection is essential for AI processing, email delivery and some live event workflows. Venue Wi-Fi is usually the best option, but we can discuss the setup in advance and advise what is needed based on your event location, guest flow and chosen experience.
For AI-led activations, we always recommend checking connectivity before the event so the experience can run as smoothly as possible.
What do we receive after the event?
This depends on the setup agreed before the event. You may receive a gallery, delivery files, engagement data or lead capture export where relevant. We’ll confirm exactly what is included before the experience goes live, so your team knows what to expect after the event.
